Global Facilities Management Pty Ltd was formed in 2000 by two local Brisbane building services professionals. Their intention is to provide exceptional operational, technical and commercial management to the property market.
This incorporates service to commercial, retail, and industrial complexes, call centres, specialist integrated and telecommunication sites, Child Care centres, and health related properties.
Profiles:
The two current directors, Peter Jackson and Brett Fischer established Global Facilities Management Pty Ltd in 2000.
Peter has over 30 years experience in commercial, domestic, civil, industrial and high rise construction, operations and maintenance management. While gaining most of his commercial hands on experience as a Director of his family owned building and maintenance company, he gained further operational, technical and commercial insight from national and state level management tenure with Government and blue chip Property and Facilities Management companies.
Brett has over 25 years experience in the service and facility management industries. His expertise lays in the day to day operations of buildings, attention to operational detail, and the implementation of customized management programs for each property.
Both directors are supported by a team of facilities and operations managers, project managers, building supervisors, financial managers, office administration, technical staff, and selected consultants to provide an extensive and professional service.
We are proud members of both the Facility Managers Association of Australia, and Green Council of Australia, and abide by their codes of ethics.
