Maintenance Division:
The Property Maintenance Division is responsible for the upkeep of our buildings as well as maintenance to fire utilities and external equipment.
This Division is made up of qualified carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, mechanical services technicians and trades assistants. We currently undertake maintenance on buildings throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Asset Management:
Global FM would work with the client to define and deliver asset management strategies appropriate to the required client's risk profile for the particular property.
Global FM will develop strategies that assist in:
• Minimizing Risk for the Client.
• Protecting the Value of the Asset whilst achieving cost efficiencies wherever possible.
