Global FM can analyse energy consumption trends. Monthly/yearly energy management programs will be put into place.
Water Consumption
Global FM can assess and monitor water consumption and accounts.
Fitout Liaison
Global FM can provide assistance and access to as installed drawings to help ensure that proposed fitout designs do not adversely impact on the property and coordinate as installed documentation.
Compliance
Where required Global FM will manage:
• Environmental audits and action plans
• All matters relating to Occupational Health and Safety policy
• Certification of all base building essential services
• Co-ordination of certification of all tenant area essential services
