You are here: Home Online Systems Access Contractors Induction (CMS)

Global Facilities Management has developed a web based Contractor Management System (CMS) which requires all contractors that perform any works on any Global FM property to complete our thorough competency based Contractor Induction Procedure (CIP).

The CIP can be carried out anywhere and at anytime by a contractor, and can be completed over one or many sessions. Following completion of our induction, and our receipt of each contractor's current and applicable insurances, they will be issued with a GFM Contractor Card complete with Photo ID.

Our CIP is one of the most comprehensive in Australia and New Zealand and illustrates our commitment of Risk Minimization for the Asset Manager.
