Web Based Service Request System

This method is our preferred way of receiving a request for service. It is easy for you to use and enables us to respond quickly and concisely to your request. We are also able to track issues that are ongoing which provides historical records and trends to assist with achieving an effective solution.

Steps to submit a new request

1. Click on  New Request
2. Complete the Fields and click Submit

Response

You will receive a notification indicating that the request has been logged and actioned by our operations managers. This notification will have a reference number, time and date for future follow up. Follow up phone call from our operations managers to advise of contractor timing.
